I have purchase the Suzuki GS150 R from sub dealer Umang Motors (Delhi) at the fist day of bike I am suffering for complaint as engine noise level high, chain noise but no body listen to me.
Lot of time I have registers the complaint on job card at Umang Motors for engine noise and chain noise. First they said. “ it is normal noise although company engineer self attended me and try to me satisfied that it is normal noise. but when I said for compare the noise from other vehicle then they accepted that abnormal noise from engine. Then the engineer adjusted so setting and said me now the bike is ok. But I am not satisfied.
Nest day of 4-service making chain noise. When I reported for chain noise they setting the chain and delivered the bike. as I reach to home same noise again created. So again complaint to Umang Motor again chain setting this practice repeat 3 times.
When I have again reported for same complaint in 4th time then they said “ Need to be replaced some chain parts, but part not available. When parts come then we call.
I am waiting sub dealer call for last 15 days no body call to me.
According to me, I have been heavy mistake to purchase the Suzuki bike.
I feel that it was suddenly broken, so I am driving the bike with afraid due to chain noise is as it will be suddenly broken and to caused the accident.
I requested to you kindly look into this matter and solved my complaint.
