[Resolved] Suzuki Gs150r — Chirping Noise from the front wheel and Disk Break. | |||
Respected Sir/Mam, This complaint is to draw your Notice that We Indian again losing faith from the such a Good Brand Like Suzuki just coz of poor service and customer handling by the authorized service center which were appointed by you. It is my worse experience and decision to buy the Suzuki bike, I Had purchase the GS150R last August 2012 from the Planet Suzuki, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India from the beginning I complaint about noise from the front wheel and disk brake, but again and again same problem, it seems that company's service centre were not interested to resolve the issue there just waiting for warranty expire, if this burden on the such big company to rectifies the trouble which causes due to same manufacturing defect of the part which was fitted by the Suzuki motor then they must clearly tell that they were fail to change the part or resolve the issue unless we pay the amount for it. And for Knowledge they have already replace the front disk pads, I am regularly service my bike from the same authorized service center then how come the issue not resolve yet. The technician of the service center that the noise is just coz of dust in the disk drum. I just simply Unable to Understand how come the dust get stored in such manner when I am regularly servicing my bike. Although they least interested to rectify the problem. Either they were Untrained or they were simply don’t want to do their job in the right manner. Every time I take bike to service center they open the drum clean tight screw and say now it OK. again after 6 to 7 Km ride again the same noise arise . again we took the bike to service centre they do the same treatment. Is this is the JOB that we have to do after purchasing the SUZUKI bike. Even I cross checked for this problem from other bikes on the showroom and service station and also from local mechanic. I think Suzuki technicians were trained to make the fool of customer rather than to resolve the issue. Is this is the Suzuki company policy to hares customer? This is totally pathetic on the part of Suzuki, their technicians are incompetent and not capable, they are only fit to wash the bike and give it back to us with a huge bill involving 14.5% VAT. Suzuki has become a cheap company. Also the mileage of the bike is horrible.
Please people who are reading this NEVER EVER, EVER buy this horrible piece of CRAP AND JUNK called GS150r.
