[Resolved]  Suzuki Motors — Manufacturing defects in the vehicle

Dear Sir,
I had purchased the Suzuki Access 125 on the 8th of Oct 2010 from Sahajanad Motors in Borivali a retailer on behalf of Dolphin Motors at Asalpha, ( ISSUE NO 1) with in the second month of purchase after the first service the vehicle was getting heated alot which resulted in the damage as the complete clutch ( the complete aluminium like object in the rear drum got melted) it was completely melted. To my bad luck it was 8:45pm i was near Lalji pada Kandivali which is at 15 mins distance from your Mith Chowky authorise dealer in the name of Akshay Motors Mith Chowky Malad. I took the vehicle to the dealer shop at Mith chowky who first asked me to leave the vehicle & will get it fixed but within a second after looking at the papers said that you have purchased the vehicle from Dolphin motors Asalpha Sakinaka & have got the 1st service done at Laxmi Motors Andheri so we wont be able to do anything on that i asked him that is it not mentioned in the catalouge that i can get the bike serviced & fixed at any suzuki dealer said cant do anything. On this I just asked him to keep the bike at his showroom so could get it repaired in the morning at Andheri he denied to keep the bike also giving the same reason asked him for his name he said he is the outlet manager the name is Pravin some how managed to pull the bike till Interface 16 where i work parked the bike at my office premises & the next morning took the bike to Laxmi motors Andheri, narated the complete story to them the said that want the complain in writing so could take action against the dealer still today no action taken after giving in writing also, then left the bike with them it took two days for them to fix it. got the bike repaired asked the workshop manager Kiran if will get any further issues he denied hence go a bit satisfied & took the bike & started my journey towards town ( ISSUE NO 2 ) the bike reached Bhendi bazaar properly while returning on Vakola Flyover in the middle of the road all of a sudden the rear wheel got jammed & the vehicle was not moving at all it was the same day at 1:45am in the morning some how managed to push the bike aside with the help of my brother during while got saved from speeding truck on thesame western express highway, nextday spoke to Kiran the workshop manager he sent a mechanic who checked & said the belt ( accelerator / fan belt) is broken into pieces & due to that the wheel is jammed , they did not have a spare belt in stock so purcased the belt from a local vendor & got the issue fixed the fan belt got replaced after 2 months saying that the parts is not available. ( ISSUE NO 3) within a weeks time again the vehicle was not able to take accelatration some how managed to push the bike & take it to the service centre from Vile Parle East near Airport to Andheri West since the first issue occurred was asking the number of any higher officials but none ofthe service centre representatives gave it to me the workshop manager Kiran was assuring me again & again that this time the issue is fixed for once & for all but after a week the other part was damaged & then the other it was the same story every time they did give me the first service also saying it is delayed by two days.Despite of facing so many issue was very polite & humble in conversation with the service centre people but last time all of a sudden the workshop manager Kiran started abusingsaying that it is the company who has manufactured the faulty bike & they have to be held responsible for the same & he is not going to look into any issues fro there onwards after the Outlet Manager Promising me that he will personally get the issue fixed after visiting the 7th time in a span of 3 months apart fro the issues mentione above tired & frustrated i Spoke to the retailer from where had purchased the bike he denied saying that the bike cannot be replaced as it is financed I JUST DO NOT UNDERSTAND ONE THING SO WHAT IF THE BIKE IS FINANCED I AM PAYING THE HIGHER PRICE AS COMPARED TO THE PERSON WHO PURCHASES IN CASH STILL I AM TREATED AS A FOOL STILL TODAY I AM FACING ISSUES WITH THE BIKE PLEASE ITS A REQUEST PLEASE GET THE BIKE REPLACED ORELSE I AM FILING A SUITE AGAINST YOUR IN COMSUMER FORUM Please revert to me on [protected]@gmail.com
