[Resolved]  T24 Mobile Service — Remaining balance not received & Bad service by Co & Customer Care

Res. Sir,

I m Vishal Pathak from Surat. My no is [protected]. I have recharged Rs.100/- on 18/04/2011. My Transaction ID is [protected] In that, i have received bal of Rs.88/-, at that it was told that i will get remaining bal of Rs.12/- within 24 hrs but still i haven't received it.
I called to Customer Care on 23/04/2011 at that time Customer Care Exe.
Mr. JATIN in Received my Call & he raised my Complain & gave me my complain no
PRRG09423648 & he told me that my complain will be resolved in 24 hrs. When i
received SMS of Complain No Time was written off 12 Hrs. His way of talking to
customer was not proper as it should be & he was trying to complete call as soon as
early. When i asked for superior, he told me that not a single superior is available & .
superior will be available in office hrs ( 10-7 ) .On the second day i called to customer
care in office hrs & same thing happened. it was told by Cus. Care Executive
that not a single superior is yet come to office & there timings of come to
office are not fixed. She told me that your complain will be resolved till tonight 08 PM.
On the same day, i wait for reply.
Again I called to Customer Care on 25/04/2011. Customer Care Executive
transfer the call to TRAINER Mr. Hemant, he told me that your complain is still
opened & not closed. When i asked for the resolution, he told me that this problem is
from BACKEND so they know when it will be solved but didnt told me fix time. When i
asked for that Head of T24. He told me TINA GUPTA. He gave me her no
[protected] but it is actually NODAL OFFICER's no. He told me that their head office
is at JAMSEDPUR.
Not a single executive didnt know about the head office address & where it is
located. I called to Nodal Officer on 25/04/[protected] times, ring was going on but
call was not received by nodal officer.
If this thing should be done by co, why they are designated at their post. I want
to know that when it will be resolved.

Hi,

My name is Manoj, i bought T24 number from Big Bazaar ( pune, fatimanagar ) This service or promotion is know as Grahak Seva, where on every purchace of more the 1000rupees you will get a certain amount of recharge.

For last three four months when ever i go with my bill to avail the recharge amount, they keep the recharge bill with them which comes along with my grocery bill and give me reason that it will get recharged within one hour, as the system is down but they don't recharge it all. And i stay far away from the place so it is not possible for me to go there every time to follow up. So when ever i go for the enquiry the first thing they will say the system is down if you have any problem call customer service and lodge a complaint and don't eat their head. Is this what they mean by "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!! Then i have to complaint to it to their manager and then its recharged with in a minute .

So every time i have to do these things but today as usual i was there for an enquiry because i did the purchase on 6th and today is 11th and still my number is not recharged. I saw three other people standing there yelling at them for recharge which is pending so i guided them as i do every time so they got it .But this time i spoke to one of the employ, he told me that the people who sit there to collect the receipt never record it in their system. They keep it with them, if within a week if anyone come to create any problem, then they will charge it other wise they will use it for them self.

The managers are not aware of these things . So its a request to T24 customer care if you can keep any track to these things it will enhance support to your sale or it will spoil your reputation in this competitive market. Its a friendly advice as i am also in sales and i know what all issues we have to go through to maintain the sale and the reputation of the company.
