My name is Manoj, i bought T24 number from Big Bazaar ( pune, fatimanagar ) This service or promotion is know as Grahak Seva, where on every purchace of more the 1000rupees you will get a certain amount of recharge.
For last three four months when ever i go with my bill to avail the recharge amount, they keep the recharge bill with them which comes along with my grocery bill and give me reason that it will get recharged within one hour, as the system is down but they don't recharge it all. And i stay far away from the place so it is not possible for me to go there every time to follow up. So when ever i go for the enquiry the first thing they will say the system is down if you have any problem call customer service and lodge a complaint and don't eat their head. Is this what they mean by "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!! Then i have to complaint to it to their manager and then its recharged with in a minute .
So every time i have to do these things but today as usual i was there for an enquiry because i did the purchase on 6th and today is 11th and still my number is not recharged. I saw three other people standing there yelling at them for recharge which is pending so i guided them as i do every time so they got it .But this time i spoke to one of the employ, he told me that the people who sit there to collect the receipt never record it in their system. They keep it with them, if within a week if anyone come to create any problem, then they will charge it other wise they will use it for them self.
The managers are not aware of these things . So its a request to T24 customer care if you can keep any track to these things it will enhance support to your sale or it will spoil your reputation in this competitive market. Its a friendly advice as i am also in sales and i know what all issues we have to go through to maintain the sale and the reputation of the company.

i am also using T24. they will reduce 11% as service tax. hence we wil get rs.88 out of rs.100
