[Resolved]  T24 Sim Card, Big Bazaar (Kalyan) — GPRS Not Working though I Paid for that.

Dear Sir,
My name is Mayank Pandey and I am living in Shahad(W), Kalyan.
My Mobile number is +91-[protected] which is of the Company "T24" launched by Future Group.
I Bought the SIM card from Big Bazaar, Kalyan (Metro Junction) yesterday on 14th August around 6:30pm (18:30) , and also
---> I had done the Recharge of 49/- for GPRS Plan of 1GB for 1 Month <---
They said that GPRS will Start within 2-3 Hours, But that DID NOT HAPPEN.
I Called the Customer Care at "52121" but they were as if THEY DONT EVEN CARE; I Called them 4 Times Since Yesterday, even though I've given them ALL the DETAILS of My Problem still they say something else than My Problem and DON'T HELP ME in Anyways, the Worst from them Came today when I Called the Customer Care and I was discussing My Problem with them and THEY SIMPLY DISCONNECTED THE PHONE WITHOUT LISTENING TO ME.
I have NEVER LAUNCHED A CONSUMER COMPLAINT, this is THE FIRST TIME because thats too much of Suffering.
I Hope I get Some HELP from Your Side as I EXPECT a LOT from You !!
