Taj Florist — Taj Florist is a fake site

Hi Sir/Madam,
There seems to be fake site with the name of Taj Florist (http://www.tajflorist.com/) . They take the money but do not deliver the orders.
No one seems to be picking up the phone also which is given in their contact.
How do banks transfer money to them not even verifying whether they are fake or not.
