Taj Florist — Taj florist is fake

I ordered a bouquet for Rs 795 (and Rs 100 for delivery charge) from this site http://www.tajflorist.com/. Till now the bouquet not delivered. I specified to deliver the bouquet at 7:30 am in the morning. Its almost 5 pm. The contact number is switched off. There are no replies for the mails sent to the mail id mentioned in the site. We should definitely take this to consumer court.
