Taj Florist — Bad service. No on time delivery | |||
Hi, Taj Florist people were unable to perform the delivery appropriately. 1. The item was not delivered on time. 2. The person supposed to receive it had to wait for it for a lot of time The very purpose of getting the service done is, to delivery on time. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

Ordered Flowers, Sweets, Chocolates, Teddy bear billed appx Rs.4500.
1.NO REPLY ON MAIL SENT 2 days before delivery
2.VERY RUDE REPLY FROM SEEMA AT THE ENQUIRY NUMBER.I requested please try to deliver before Noon or at least by 5.30Pm before the office is closed.Reply "No- we can deliver during the day.If its not possible for us we will deliver at billing address before 7Pm.
2.NO RESPONSE ON THEIR ENQUIRY NUMBER on the day of delivery at[protected]
3.NOW when Im drafting the mail its almost 7.30Pm still the Order has not been delivered
4.ALSO NO REPLY RECEIVED FROM THE "CONTACT US MESSAGE"
THE WHOLE DAY WAS SCREEEEEWED BECAUSE OF TAJ FLORIST-FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM AND NO RESPONSE.
NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM TAJ FLORIST.THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT IF THEY DONT ANSWER CALLS AND MAILS.
DONT GET CHEATED BY THE NAME TAJ -THEY ARE INEFFICIENT, UNORGANISED AND RUDE.
