[Resolved]  Taj Hotels — Bad service and threatened me to sign a paper so they are safe

I was at the bar yesterday night when the entire staff from the manager to the security guard came charging at me.. There was a manager named gurdeep(punjabi guy) ,who encouraged bad customer service and supported his staff to have threaten to hit me.. I was at the bar( chipstead) and all this started when I asked the manager for a drink and he serves me the same with an attitude and after half hour. On questioning on the kind of service the manager bluntly responds telling me 'u got ur drink, have it'.. Then they make it public and have the entire staff threatening to hit me and it was only for asking for a class from taj.. They don't give me my car to go back home and force me to sign on a paper that says I caused the problem.. On refusing to sign the manager gurdeep, supports the security guard to speak to me badly.. Very hurt by this incident, please help me. Thanks

i call to malakpet branch for enquire my loan staff members are receiving phone and not giving information simply holding phone i have done 10 to 15 calls but didnt response me.pls take action on staff. staff doing there personal work in duty hours remove the staff.
