I am Taj Expicure Member from last two years. I was the member in year in 2006 also. I was not getting the proper service, reminder calls or information about events, I had not renewed the same in year 2007.
But Again in 2008, they have called me and requested that, they have improved their system and service level and this type of problems will not be repeated again, based on their promise, I again become a member in 2008. Again as usual no information about events and no calls during the Birthday and wedding anniversary and no follow up calls. Again I had received the call from them for renewal of my member ship only in the month April 2009 and again same story ( apologies blah blah….) and requested me to renew my membership and they will be providing me the better service, again I have renewed the membership and same story repeated no one called me in last 12 months and no communication from Taj service cell.
Again as usual I have received the call for renewal of member today and surprised know that, they communication address and e-mail registered is wrong, where has they had sent the membership card to same address and initial member confirmation to my e-mail, which I had received last year. But they were sending r information / events / reminder to wrong e-mail. This is the services level of Taj Group.
During my three years membership, I have visited Taj hotel once as a member to utilize the services provided by them, I have thrown all the vouchers / my card in dust bin and wasted around l Rs.10, 000 on this membership.
This is the service about Taj Group.

Taj Innercircle is a very poor system which is filled with fraud. They do not recognize loyalty and do not give the point syou are supposed to get. Even there promotional offers on the web to get mroe points are filled with fraud. It expects you to register again online even after making the booking in order to get points. That is how they cheat loyal customers.
