[Resolved]  Taj Hotels — TAJ EPICURE MEMBERSHIP


Dear Sir,
With utter disappointment i shalll like to bring this to your kind attention that myTAJ Epicure Plus Gold card was due for renewal in the month of June 2010 and the same was done by an one of your executives ANISHA on 25/06/2010 at my residence thru Cheque amount Rs.10755/= drawn on OBC,Preet Vihar dated 25/06/2010 vide TAJ Hotels reciept no. 2679 and only a temporary card was issued no.[protected]/G

Insipte of this i havent recieved my re-newed card till date. Two weeks back i rasied this issues with Mr. Nilonjoy at Rick's, Taj Mahal, New Delhi and he had written a mail to your department on my behalf. Still there was no response whatsoever. I then personally called up the Taj Inner Cicle helpline on 04/09/2010 and spoke to Ms. Preet at 14:00 hrs. The matter was communicated to her in detail and commitment was given by her that she will respond back to me in an hour's time at my contact number in your records. However, i have not heard back from her since that day.This is an extremely unprofessional behaviour on your executive's part. You should appriciate that i took time out form my busy schedule to call up the helpline and explain all details and the response was totally unethical as well.
I have been a Taj Epicure member since last 4 years and have been patronizing with Taj hotels country wide for a very long time. It is a shame that how unprofessional your organization can get.

Also, i do strongly feel that this is a case legally fit for Fraudlent behavoiur which in itself is a criminal liability. When the payment was made to your company for which you have promised me services - which is memebership card in this case, why wasnt the service deliverd for which i was charged. You had taken a cheque from me for which you never delivered the services, this is a fraudulent and criminal offense. I shall now like you to retun the amout of Rs. 10755/= foir which i can say now i was duped for with due interest and give me an explanation as to why this happened. Alos, it has been a mental touture for me to run behind your for services for which i ahve paid for. Lastly i shall stop patranizing with TAJ hotels. Also, i shall make sure this frauduelnt issue and unprofessional behaiviour is very well communacted to the TATA Corporate Office.
