[Resolved]  Tasmac — PUBLIC NUISANCE

Dear sir,
This is regarding the TASMAC wine shop situated in senneerkuppam village thiruvallure dist, chennai-56

Previously the shop was situated on the farther side of the village but due to some political peoples it came inside the village where people, childrens, ladies live, and its in the center of the village.

Due to this its very hard for the people to survive, daily quarrels, fights, breaking the lights of the two wheelers parked in front of the house & shops

After 6pm its hard for ladies to go out of the house .

So many people complind here. iam building owner. I am passed MANY complaints for collectorate complient no.sa/09/40318-02/11/2009 &ds/09/38990-19/10/2009, fax on higer officer in tasmac, dated 14.10.2009, tx/rx no.2653, another fax to cm cell tx/rx no 2652 dated on 14.10.2009. has been filed but no action.

we dont need to totally remove the shop, we need peace and ask your perusal to shift it to another area or place where its apart from living area...

This is regrading the wine shop located near TANA street, Purasaiwalkam. The Visitors to the wine shop make lot of nusance to the residence near new manickam street.and yemi street.
