I had submitted all the documents along with claim form earlier in the month april,2012, regarding the claim, but i haven't received any feedback,when this policy was done an receipt was received for the amount of premium paid, and now they are saying that the policy was not issued,please help me. i want to know my claim status and when i will receive my claim amount. its been already 6months past from the date i placed my claim. so i would like to request you kindly look after the matter as soon as possible.
