[Resolved]  Tata Aria — DELAY

DEAR SIR,
I HAD PURCHESED TATA ARIA THREE WEEKS AGO. I MET AN ACCIDENT WITH MY CAR. MY CAR WAS INSURED & WAS GIVEN TO BALAJI CARS SERVICE CENTER GHODBANDER ROAD BRANCH. THE BRANCH MANEGER MR.PAUL HAD COMMITED ME THAT WITHIN 10 TO 12 DAYS I WILL GET MY CAR BACK, BUT NOW AFTER 16 DAYS THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY HAD NOT MADE TATA ARIA'S PARTS. NOW THEY SAY THAT THEY HAVE BRING PARTS FROM PUNE. THAT MEANS I SHOULD'NT HAVE BUYED TATA ARIA IT WAS BETTER I WOULD HAVE BUYED A AUTO RIKSHAW?
BECAUSE THEIR PARTS ARE EASLIY AVIABLE IN MARKET. I AM SHOCKED TO HEAR THAT NO PARTS AVAIBLE IN BALAJI CARS SERVICE CENTER GHODBANDER FOR 16 LAKHS CAR .
I HOPE U WILL SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSIBLE.

My complaint below has still not been solved by cargo motors aslali Ahmedabad. I had given my car for 2nd service and braking problem on 17th Oct and I was told that they will have to change a brake part which is under warranty and they will get the part from pune. Yesterday when I called they told me that there is another problem and the part which came from pune did not fit and they will change the brake assembly and will get it from pune.

I have purchased Tata Aria in May 2011 and it has done 4500 kms and I had planned to go by road trip during my diwali holidays which starts tomorrow and I don’t have the car in which I wanted to go.

How can a company like TATA Motors which is an internationally reputed company not ask its dealer to stock warranty parts with them and why does it take weeks for a small part to come from pune to Ahmadabad when there are daily direct flights, trains and buses?

Why is a customer harassed for services and warranty?

As on today 26th of October 2011 my Tata Aria is still with the Tata dealer and my holidays are spoilt.
