[Resolved]  Tata Aria — Defected Tata Aria

Sir/Madam,

Myself Anand Jaiswal I purchased a new Tata Aria Model from Brindavan Shelters Allahabad Road, Kanpur on 28/08/2011. Since the day I purchased this car I am very much upset and i am shocked how can a Tata product can be like this.
The day i purchased the said car I gone on a trip of 50 K.M. and its heavily smokes. I immediately contact to workshop then they say to come next day.
I go to workshop next day and after 2 days they said its now OKAY and then I come back with my car.
But they were unable to solve my problem and this problem persists again and again 20 times in six months.
And all time my time consumes between workshop and home.
After a long harassment finally they said that there is a manufacturing defect in your car and finally they changed the clutch plates of said item.
Then I amazed the problem of smoke cant wave off but a new problem of Gear is persisting.
Again they took my car to workshop and changed Gear parts.
Then finally when after changing the gear parts I go to market with my new Tata Aria but again I shocked It didn’t move nither forward nor backward. Because the gear system was not working at all.
I was with my family at that time.
Then I called to workshop again on 28th December 2012 and they took my car again in their workshop.
After that next day I called to workshop for my Tata Aria status.
Then they said, “the maintenance is under process and we called a upper technician from Pune. As he reached they will inform me the status of my car.”
Then immediately I called to Pune Customer Care and they inform me that the status of my car is Accidental in their record through Kanpur office and for further information do contact to your local customer care.
I was surprised because till date my car never get any type of accident ever. After that I made a call to my local Customer Care and they said that they will give me the resolution within 48 hours but till date no body contact me neither from workshop nor customer care.

What to do I am typing this complaint in hope that Tata motors will refund my whole amount with till date interest.

I think they gave me a defected piece. They cheated me
Now i am not sure what to do. You suggest me. Please take immediate action.

Dear Sir/mam,
I purchased a tata aria pride concord, Ambathur, Chennai on 9th April 2014 . It was a new vehicle and performing well also but

(1) one month after it started some problem while it was in 1st gear in side the city .I thought ok it is managable in the first servicing i will rectify the mechanic available there
.
(2) few days after the lights inside the vehicle fall down while the vehicle was passing on humps inside Chennai only

(3) the mileage indicator was not working from the beginning though i repeatedly requested the servicing people they were not able to repair it

(4) outside dust particle are coming inside when the vehicle is going with high speed

(5) vehicles break is not properly working when its speed is beyond 120 km/hour


I thought ok i can manage these minor things in the first servicing but in every time they will forget one or two cases and will say sir in next servicing we will do it. I thought ok .

but now my major problem started last week when i gave for the servicing I took my vehicle to the servicing center of concord Ambathur it was in moving condition i told them these are the problems please rectify them, the person Pandian he told ok sir we will do it u come tomorrow and take vehicle . Next day he called me and told that sir front left side wheel bearing damaged we will replace it we gave the order it will come from Pune and please take the vehicle on Monday . Because of this unsatisfactory performance I informed the the person who is responded my call to Tata moter national servicing /consumer.Then I called Pandian on Saturday but he didnot responded and few hours after the servicing manager called me told me sir the courior came from Pune was missed and u come on Tuesday to take the vehicle. On Tuesday they called me and told the vehicle is ready and take it.

When I came to the servicing center Pandian was there he told me everything ok and take the vehicle . I asked him u tried checked it he told me yes sir no problem . I payed the dues and took the vehicle but after one kilometer of driving i came to know that its break is not working so i again came to the servicing center after informing Pandian. But i astonished when the mechanic told me that the oil is not pumping inside the break so it is not working .

I took the highest model of Tata motors all vehicles and i faced these problems within 8 to 9 months of its purchase . It is the biggest motor company of India and is the way these people making the vehicle and the service ? why should i take my vehicle back ? What is the guaranty that the vehicle will not give any problem in a long distance journey ? Are they trying to kill their customer by giving a vehicle having no break ?

definitly my vehicle is a defect vehicle from the begenning and Tata motor has cheated me . Please suggest me what to do .
