Can I have the next escalation in this issue. I definitely need a contact number of the next escalation manager or his/her email id.

I don't believe that a process of name change will take 2.5 months and no one is still bothered to get back to me. It was more frustrating that someone from your team followed up with me on your bill (which is only due on 06-July-2009) with a wrong name addressed to me (Rajendran).

I don't understand what else language to be used to make you all move and attend my issue as priority. It's a shame still that my name is addressed with wrong name on it.

It's ridiculous that a plain request cannot be understood by either of you. I don't want the name to be changed from Gajendran Sundaramurthy to Rajendra.
My name, infact is Gajendran Sundaramurthy. In your records it's reflecting as Rajendran. If your company norms doesn't allow for correction of Data pertaining to a customer, it's against the Data Subject rights. I being a Data Subject have all the right to get my details correct on your records. You guys have done a wrong updation and say that once done is done. It's pathetic and from customer point of view very annoying.
I want this to be escalated to the next level. Please let me know the contact details. Else, I might raise this issue with Consumer forum. Hope to hear the correct rectification from you.

Firstly, I had escalated the issue of having my name wrongly spelt in your records (It's documented as Rajendran where as my name is Gajendran Sundaramurthy). This was brought to your notice previously and I was confirmed it's changed. It's high time that I have to remind you again on the correction.
Secondly, I had clearly requested for Mar'09 bill but the person who attended the issue has sent me Apr'09 bill. It's pathetic to see that am overdue for the month of Mar'09 where there wasn't proper communication from Tata team. Also, note that am unable to access my online details by logging in with my user id's and passwords. Am unable to update my profile or view my previous bills. Anytime, I try to click on the options, it is throwing me out of the account.
Customer service representative Ms. Madhu on the phone informed to email you again and confirmed that she can do anything. Please attend to these issues immediately and provide me a resolution ASAP.

Tata Broadband Connection — Broad Band not working for days

It has been a very rediculous issue,
My Broadband connection with TATA BROADBAND was supposed to get over on 10th June 2008. It stopped working since the 6th June 2008, Called up customer care for the same, wherein everytime a different excuse comes up. there is no technical person coming across to check up things. Its now been a week, since then where I have been calling up regularly. Have also renewed my account With a recharge of Rs.8023/- on the 11th but the status remains the same. My calling them is charged as it is not a toll free number and the executive's response makes me hyper. I have asked them to either serve with the purpose or return back my money. When asked them to give a call, they say we donot call as it is an inbound call centre, whereas I received a call from the head branch that my connection is working good, but need to renew my connection, which was immidiately done by me. This was a faulty news given to me. the Validity extension also does not happen accordingly. For which again a call is to be made from our side, I find this service to be a very annoying and pathethic, the customer waste his time, money, energy and patiences calling up the customer care. please look into the matter to the earliest.

Tata Broadband Connection — Not giving my documents back

Hello All,

The worst service I have seen in my life is to deal with Tata Indicom's executives.

I had applied for the broadband connection 15 days before after having discussion with their Asst. Manager ( RBU) Mr. Sunil Kumar Sharma, Ahmedabad. I have clearly clarified with him that please collect my documents only and only if you are providing service to my area. He replied with We are OK to install it, just provide us the required documents along with cheue of selected plan amount.

I have given all the documents and cheque for the amount selected (4412/-).

On the next day I got sms from tata for submission of my form and within the same day their engineer went to my home for checking connection availibility and call me that connection is not possible at your home due to some technical reason (he was not able to give me exact reason).
I asked them to provide my documents along with the cheque I have given, the executive mr. sharma was saying that it will be given back to you within 2 days. After 3 days I have mailed him inquiring the same but not got any reply.

I mailed him 10 times for that but who dears...

Then Finally I have to call him on his cell number, he was not getting my phone I have tried for more than 15-20 times. finally he picked up his phone and told me that he was on leave for 2 days and he will manage to provide me documents within 2 more days.
Then once again the same cycle i have to repeat for mailing and calling.

Still he is making me fool for today or tomorrow...

I am going to make a legal complain for this as my documents may be used for any other purposes.

I dont know how irresponsible they are. They are very shameless, even not picking up phone.

I am requesting to all the readers of the blog that please dont provide any documents or cheque to any tata indicom's executive until and unless you get the broadband installed.

Tata Broadband Connection — No Internet service for 45 days

I am a user of Tata Broadband in Mumbai, India. User ID - [protected]@vsnl.net

I have posted a complain on 15th August, 2011. It has been more than 40 days and all I have is a complaint Number. There is no internet. I have paid for 6 months.

I have called them up more than 25 times. Emailed them 5 - 6 times. All they say is we regret the inconvienience caused. But give no date or guarantee as to when services will be restored.

Coming from a Tata Company is really shocking. I think they are just ont bothered. I ask them for a call back. But it has been 40 days. No one from the Company has bothered to call.

PLEASE USE TATA BROADBAND AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC ...THEY HAVE A LONG PROCEDURE TO GET COMPLAINT NUMBERS...I TOOK A UNLIMITED CONNECTION...AND SINCE THAN I HAVE ONLY COMPLAINT NUMBERS ...START THE DAY REGISTERING A COMPLAINT ...AFTER SIX HOURS THE COMPLAINT IS CLOSED ASSUMING ALL OK ...YOU KEEP COMPLAINING ...AND THEY WILL KEEP CLOSING. PAY MONEY FOR REFINING YOUR COMPLAINING SKILLS...SHAMELESS ATTITUDE ... ASKING REFUND ...NO WAY ...I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO CLIMB THE NEXT TREE ARROUND... THE NODAL OFFICER BEHAVES THE SAME MANNER.
