This is Noorali Daredia from Pune, Maharashtra. I was using TATA broadband service at my home. My account number and USER ID was[protected] and [protected] respectively. I was one of the satisfied customers of TATA broadband services but when it came for cancellation of service, I have to suffer a lot. I had requested for cancellation of my broadband connection on 30th May 2010 and my billing cycle was 11th June...
