[Resolved]  Tata Broadband — TATA Broadband and company just kept looting me.

1) Tata Broadband TTML is complete loot .. they took Installation charges Rs. 2124 from me and setup the connection. Connection was so bad that it was disconnecting every 10 mins... i was just pissed of. I asked them to disconnect the connection in 3 days.. But they didnt disconnect it.. instead they sent me bill of Rs. 5000 for use of 6 days internet (which was really bad one) and asked me to clear it. I said refund my money instead of sending me bills ... they never refund it to me. 2) Then Tata Docomo broadband person came in and he said we are different company and we are not like TTML he took Rs. 600 from me and never installed the connection its been 8+ months now.. or neither refunded my Rs. 600. 3) Now after a year of this looting Tata broadband sent me legal notice on email from lok adalat to pay Rs. 1086. This is how Tata companies getting rich by taking advance money and then not giving product. And on top very shamelessly sends bill. Below if the email I had sent to there customer support: Tata DoCoMo and TCL BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG fraud .. I have my complaint already going on with TCL .. then tata DoCoMo approached me saying we are not same company .. and said we will provide you good connection .. the person took Rs. 600 from me now and no cable was installed since 3 months and tata people WORST COMPANY never even bothered to call me.. just looting.. poor tata company... got rich by looting money from people .. first Rs.2124 and now Rs. 600 .. you shameless people even don't bother to ask more money for worst services you provide .. I have uninstalled connections since months yet you shameless TATA broadband sent me another bill ... instead of sending bill you should send me refund ... .. shut down you gutter services please and refund my money. You shameless people please read my earlier email below.. how can you loot people like this .. provide service and then you should charge .. you want every thing in advance and then provide no service .. paise andar aa gaye na .. mare sala customer " Tata Communications has looted me for Rs .2124, how cheap. You have taken money from me .. and your company was not able to deliver mentioned services.. I had taken 10 mbps connection and taken plan of Rs. 1999 which is very heavy compared to your competitors.. I agreed to pay this considering I will get extremely good service .. But it was completely different story I used to get 1.4 mbps speed on plan of 10 mbps.. with very frequent disconnection.. and bonus harassment you sent me ridiculous bill of Rs. 5000 on 5th day.. I was shocked and asked for disconnection thinking if I use further you will make me poor. As for 5 days if you charging me 5000 for a month it will be 50k ...right. So I decided to back off and there was no pointing continuing any ways as speed was as not mentioned and it was disconnecting every 20-30 mins... If you are not able to deliver you should refund .. where is my fault.. My only fault was that I have taken your connection and you looted me in just 5 days.."
