Tata Card — No Access to customer care

I am not able to call to the customer care as I do not have a landline connection of BSNL or MTNL. You should have other options too. I want to my change my billing address immediately. I have shifted my residence. Also, I want my bill to be on my mail account too. I want to have a internet banking facility and electronic transfer code is necessary. Please confirm and revert back immediately on my email ID mentioned above.
