Tata Communication — Wrong Charges for Static IP

Hi,

I have been using Brodband Internet of TATA for almost 5+ years, Till June 2012 it was 1 MBPS, Due to business needs we upgraded the speed to 2.5 MBPS. Got a call from Tata that we will be upgrading the speed and will be charged on prorata basis ( that was ok for US), from 21st July 2012 we have been charged Rs. 2500/- for an additional Static IP that was not opted for and some how Tata system says that it was done from our side.

I guess there is an issue with the upgrade part and the billing system. This needs to be tested as the same issue was reported in the following url

I have been mailing the company but not have got the proper responce.

I request the Tata guys to give me the server log for 21st July for the upgrade part. so that i can file a case with police and with cyber crime team to trace the issue.


OR revers the amount of 2500 Rs and the Taxes for the same.
