tata do co mo — charging for caller tune even after activation of do not disturb service
I would like to bring to your notice that i'm currently usingmpbile service from the Operater "TATA DOCOMO" numbered "[protected]" & inspite of activated " do not disturb " service the company is disturbing daily by giving new offers, activation of collar tune etc.I have spoken to costumer care so many times for not to activate any collar tune but without any information company activated collar tune for which Rs 45/- "(30+15) have been charged today on[protected].
Requsted to necessery action against the Company "TATA DOCOMO" so not to repeat such kind of activities in future,
and amount may please be refunded in our Account with information to the following mobile no:[protected]
wrong bills are sent. We are getting bills for the services not utilised.

I am Senior officer retired from Punjab national bank and was customer of Voda phone company with post paid connection . One of your employee use to phone me daily to port my number to your company and virtually requested to shift perhaps she might have been asking to complete her targets.
On her repeated request and on my asking the facilities she offered package of Rs. 351/- with the following ;
- Free 8 GB Pen Drive ( Not received so far)
- 666 min L/N
- 333 min T to T
- 1.25 GB 3 G Data 2 G Unlimited
- 351 L/N SM
On my PORT request dated 7-8 -2015 my connection was ported to your company.
On 1-9 2015 I received your SMS for Billed amount Rs 915/55.
On 2-9-2015 SMS received shown Bill of Rs 917/55.
On 3-9-2015 at 8.43 AM SMS received shown Bill amount Rs 1521/50
ON 3-9-2015 at 5.44 PM SMS received shown Bill amount Rs 1944/70
On 4-9-2015 at 5.43 PM SMS received shown Bill amount Rs 1944/70
On 5-9-2015 at 8.41 AM SMS received shown Bill amount Rs 2134/-
Again on 5-9-2015 at 5.43 PM SMS received shown Bill amount Rs 1944/70
On 6-9-2015 at 4.21 PM SMS received shown Bill amount Rs 2134/- again and asked to pay this amount and my outgoing service has been withheld. I Could not visit your local office as due fracture I have been advised bed rest.
Being new connection I have maintained record of calls as well as SMS made by me. It appears that some Employee/s of your company are committing frauds with the customers and with your company by sending inflated bills.
I would like to inform you that on 2-9-2015 to 6-9-2015 I made only 4 calls with total talk time about 9 to 10 minuts and SMS - 57 and MMS 19 . Surprisingly my bill has been ballooned from Rs 915/55 to Rs 2134/- .
From the above one can easily judge the state of affairs in your company . My total availments are well within the prescribed limit under the package.
I request you to make discreet enquiry into the matter to find out the black sheep.I will immediate deposit the bill supported by genuine call as well as SMS details .Meanwhile please restore my outgoing call facility.
