Tata DoCoMo / 3G Dongle — 7000/- Bill Without using anything | |||
I am a frustrated, cheated victim of Tata Docomo 3G Dongal estick. I bought a Tata Docomo 3g estick Bearing No. [protected]. On 19th Sept from Sector 35 Store. I opted for Post paid plan of Rs. 600 monthly for 1 GB data. After 3 days on 22nd sept it was not connecting and showing connection failed. When I contacted customer care they people told me that your services are barred Because of over used. Total bill outstanding for only 3 days was Rs. 7000/- and data downloaded was 6.5 GB. I personally visited the store on 26th and told the story to the staff members they check the log record in front of me that log was showing the data downloaded from 13th sept to 26th sept total 358 MB. which was Under the limit. But I purchased the stick on 19th but log was started from 13th sept to till date. I raised a complaint to the desk officer. She took the stick and removed the sim card. After 10 minutes she gave me stick back and told me that this is technical issue they will resolve it by tomm. After coming back to home I tried to connect the estick to see the log again but the story was totally changed this time. Log was showing three dates e.g 19,20,22 and data downloading in these date was 6.5 GB. My Credit Limit was 1000 if I used this why they did not stoped the services beyond this limit. Nodal office and customer care is not listing any thing and saying you can go consumer court. No body is interested to solve the problem and i spent 2000 for dongal which was totally wasted. NOTE : IMEI No of my dongal and IMEI No of Bill Given to me is totally Different. IT means my Sim is used anywhere else. Still waiting for the reply from tata people, No Reply till Jan 2012. But Received Two Notice for payment - from collection and panel Advocate.
