[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo / 3G Dongle — worst customer care

Sub : Request for migration from post paid to prepaid not done even after 23 days
No confirmation of Rs. 350 paid in Cash for prepaid plan
Dear Sir,
I have postpaid tata docomo 3G connection no. [protected] with tariff plan 3G Dongle 1000-6GB UNL. Since I have no more use of internet, I had requested to opt for migration to prepaid plan at Tata Docomo Store, Chakli Circle, Racecourse, Vadodara on 11th February, 2013. Your staff Miss. Vandana Patel told me to pay the bill upto 11th February, 2013. I paid the bill and fill up form for Prepaid with 2 passport size photos and Driving licence copy and Rs. 350 for prepaid plan.
After few days on 19th February, 2013 I visited the store again and inquired for whether my connection transferred to prepaid or not, but it was not done. I was told to pay the bill amount of Rs.150 and assured by your staff Miss. Vandana Patel and Mr. Kishan that after bill payment your account will be transferred to prepaid.
Today when I call to your customer care no. [protected], Miss. Amarjit tell me that my post paid connection is still continue and not transferred to prepaid and also asked to complain to the same Tata Docomo Store where I had given request and fill up form for prepaid plan. I went to the store and inquire, I was surprised that my prepaid plan filled up form was still there and no process was done. Miss. Vandana Patel was transferred and when contected she told that I have to fill up another form. There was no confirmation of Rs. 350 which I had paid while filling the prepaid connection form for prepaid plan. There was no proper answer and solution from your staff and Mr. Kishan told me that he will inquire and contact me within 1 hour, but he didn’t contact me.
I request you to please look into the matter and since I had requested to close my postpaid plan on 11th February, 2013 Kindly waive my bill amount totally after that date and please migrate my number from postpaid to prepaid with Rs. 350 plan which I had already paid.
