[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Activation of Hello Tunes | |||
Hello Sir, I am using TATA DOCOMO pre-paid(+[protected] for more than 2 year, 15th May 2012 around 5.15PM, a customer care lady called and informed we provide free Hello tunes for 6 month validity, then she have activated Hello tunes to my number after a day they have took 120/- for that service. 18th May 2012 evening around 8.00PM checked with customer care(Kumar, he hesitated to reveal his employee ID) for the refund. They told 48Hrs is the grace period to requesting for refund. Time limit crossed so we cant refund even 1Rupee. Let me know why pre paid customers are cared least. No where "Terms and Conditions" tells we should apply for refund within 48hrs. I am forwarding this same complaint to Nodal officers mail. I will update the reply what he is about to do.
