[Resolved] Tata Docomo — add. verification | |||
hi I am Anoop S Tomar ,I have TATA DoCoMo.. no.[protected]..(prepaid). I want to chng my service pre to postpaid and I applicant on 22 Feb for the postpaid service . I given all documents (voter id card ,photo id proof) to sales excut..of tata docomo. after 3 days my outgoing and incoming . restricted by service providers due to add.. verification in negative Zone. I complaint 3 times to re-verification.. every time costumer care .give me a 5 days .when I complain every time ,costumer care says that a TATA DoCoMo excut..is come to my home but I am not available at home.. but in Re -verification period I am at home.. today my service is restricted ..
