[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Adding hidden charge(churn out Amt) without intemation | |||
Hi, I am using tata photon no. [protected]. i have raise concern to bill plan changed to customer care. they have changed my bill plan but at time of bill, they have added hidden charge i.e. 1500/ in bill amount.. and called this amount as a churn out amount added for bill plan changed. So my concern is that..tata photon customer care changed my bill plan without informing me and added this hidden charge in my bill amount. This is not fair this is just cheating with customers... Dear Tata DOCOMO,
I have received a bill from for Sep-2012, where there is an additional Churn Out fees of RS. 1000/-.I was not informed of this churn out fees, when I was trying the change my current plan to a new plan.
I want this to be reverted back asap.

I have taken TATA DOCOMO dongle connection and my plan was 1500- in which i got 2 months rental free.
But as two months got completed, i have raised a request to disconnect this. Initially they said we can't take this request and customer cant disconnect his/her connection before six month. TATA never said this in written anywhere, So i insisted them that plz disconnect otherwise i wont pay the bills. Finally they disconnected my connection and i got system generated e-mails.
But now i got a bill of 1812/- re. stating that you have used the data and including 1299/- some churnout fees. I dont know what is this and TATA never said like this, the time when i took connection.
This is shame for the company i would say. By the way i am going to consumer court and will ask harrasment case against TATA Docomo.

I had taken a Photon 3G connection in 3 months advanced rental plan for which I paid rs. 2150/-. From the very first day I was not able to use the connection because the dongle, that was given to me by DOCOMO was faulty. I was fade up making complaints about it and eventually cancelled the connection before 3 months was completed.
Surprisingly, now I received a bill of Rs. 1854/- as 'ChurnOutFee'. This was not anything that I was told about ever while taking the connection.
I am not sure what is this and don't want to know. The bill that was sent to me should be reverted back by DOCOMO.
I did not know that TATA has become a beggar of this level that they are asking for money in other way without giving services to the customer for a single day.
If anybody from DOCOMO customer care has guts to answer, please show it here.
