[Resolved] Tata Docomo — poor internet service | |||
I am TATA DOCOMO E-STICK Subscriber [protected]. I have been facing terrible network problem since 9 june and have been calling daily to call centre, But they register my complaint and say you are not alone Who is suffering, All consumers are suffering because of technical problem. They talk rudely and have blocked my number on 121. I also mailed and chatted with them, But nothing happened. One of the executive said Internet users have been accrued suddenly,That’s why company is unable to tackle with all and our Infrastructure is not able to handle huge Internet users. This reason is just implausible. We the consumers are paying full money to them, But they are just paying hassles and harassment to us. I am just pissed off of this TATA DOCOMO. No body is ready to listen my complaint. I am feeling helpless. Not only me, 1000s of customers are complaining against cruddy internet service as well as crabby call center executives. Tata docomo dealers and the company are making big advertisement and selling their products without connectivity I got Tata docomo 3gstick that does not work in my area owing to no connectivity. I do not understand why they sell their products that cannot be used
