[Resolved] Tata Docomo — balance deducting without my permission | |||
R/Sir, My mobile No. is [protected]. I have taken services of Tata Docomo Company. Company automatically added Value Added Services on 30.10.2012 and deducted Rs. 30/- from my account and sent messages as below "Hi! You have successfully subscribed to MusstBuy on TATA at Rs30/30days till 28-nov. 2012" from 56660 and "You have subsribed to Call Me Tunes Rs 100.0/- for 150 days on 29- nov 2012. form 543211. without my permission. Sir i have not applied any type of request to Tata docomo company to give me such services but company is cheating me and deducted my money. Kindly make justice with me.
