[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Lost All the balance and the offers on my Sim | |||
Hi, My name is Gopu V R Muni Kumar. I am Using tata docomo since 2 months, some time back my sim was blocked and was reactivated on 19th April after my compliant to Consumer Complaints here. But with my reactivates SIM, I have lost the following: I was having a balance of Rs 100+ Internet Data of about 1GB. Having 1p/2sec offer and NAtional and local SMS free offer. On my SIM I lost all the above. When I went to the koramangala Docomo office and asked about it, they have no clue and they are not ready to help me with taking the complaint. If I call the Call Center they are as stupid as always. I am not worried about the balance and Internet data, but I atleast need my SMS offer and 1p/2sec offer. please help me out in this regard. thanks and best regards, Munikumar My Mobile Number is: [protected]. tata docomo sim iam using since 2years its not bad and towers not available in our coll sitams pls try to slve this problem
