[Resolved] Tata Docomo — TATA PHOTON PLUS HARRASMENT | |||
TATA PHOTON PLUS' CUSTOMER SUPPORT CALL ME DAILY TWICE/THRICE BEFORE THE MONTHLY BILL IS DELIVERED TO ME. THEY KEEP CALLING US TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE DUE DATE AND ASK FOR PAYMENT. THIS IS HARRASMENT. MOREOVER, I DID NOT PICK THEIR CALL ONE DAY AND THEY CUT THE CONNECTION THE SAME DAY EVENING. THEY ARE CREATING SERIOUS TROUBLE. MY PAYMENT DUE DATE IS STILL 2 WEEKS LATER. FROM TWO DAYS, I AM UNABLE TO USE INTERNET. IT SAYS: Error 628: The connection was terminated by the remote computer before it could be completed. HAVE TO RAISE THIS ISSUE IN CONSUMER COURT.
