everyone earlier i blocked my TATA DOCOMO prepaid sim i dont know my PUK then i chated TATA DOCOMO customer care in this link.
http://www.tatadocomo.com/customer-care.aspx.they asked some question to me confirmation then they give my PIN and PUK.
PUK is very secret 10 digit code no one can guess it.If you press wrongly sim will block.so, call customer care if my imformaion help you give reply bye.
