[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Bill generated even after repeated cancellation request- | |||
Sir/ Madam, I was using tata docomo photo plus internet card in aug 2012 and the performance was too bad, even after many complaints no action is taken by them to improve the internet access speed, this plan was free for two months and i have asked customer care to disconnect before 2 months complete due to poor performance and i stopped using the tata photon. however, they did not cancelled the connection and generated bills for that.. now they are sending legal notice to pay the amount this is embarrassing. kindly help to take action on this photon no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
