Tata Docomo — registration of number not done even after submitting all proofs

i have purchased a tata docomo prepaid card i have submitted all proofs but still it is a weak has passed my number is not yet registered with them after submitting all proofs( copy of pan card duly signed and copy of ration card dully signed) there is no reponse from customer care and signal is also week.
