[Resolved] Tata Docomo — SERVICE NOT ACTIVE | |
I purchase 1 samsung 1070 mobile on 9.9.09.(imei no [protected]), along with tata docomo free sim i got with mobile, retailer told me to recharge of 51.but its not recharging,after that he told its take some time,then i called the retailer next day he told that its not his fault and u have to call customer care,then i called the docomo care ,they told your sim is not activated,so go to retailer and told to send the photocopy and adress proof.again i went to retailer he told already he submit althose things,again i called the docomo care ,they told yes we recieved,and u have to recharge of 333,again i try with 333 and its not getting recharge,again i called customer care several times every person giving me wrong information,till now i m facing the problem there is no incoming / ougoing. so take action on TATA DOCOMO.
