The Network issue seems sorted out, not completely. But I haven't tried to call the customer care department as everyone is trained to lie. They don't give exact information. I feel it like a TATA Tradition. 2 weeks back, my room mate got a legal notice to pay a sum of 500 rupees for his disconnected internet connection. He fed up with the connection [Wi-max] and disconnected. During the service period, they failed to provide the assured service and now, after disconnection, they come back. As we are working, we don't have time to run behind the police and judiciary. It is always better to obey them, when we stay away from home. Ha Ha...

The same thing happened with me.the agents are not honest.they are just misgiding the customers.
As i have requested him to transfer the call to his manager he was just keep me on hold for past 20 minutes. Do we call this as a customer service. Is this a TATA tradition.
