TATA / DoCoMo — Not able to complete calls

I've been using the service since the service is launched and it was really impressive. Things were suddenly changed before 2-3 weeks back. I was on roaming and Idea was providing the service on roam. Surprisingly I didn't receive even a single call on roaming. When I came back to Bangalore, I was not able to complete the calls. Some disturbance occurs and the calls were dropping in the middle. I contacted CS. They were not giving the exact picture of the issue. Instead, they have been informing me that "Sir your issue will be resolving in next 24/36/48 hours" Finally I requested escalation and one of the agents contacted me and informed "next 48 hours". I really requested the agent to be honest and tell the truth. THE AGENT WAS DISHONEST. I called them up today and requested the escalation matrix.... No Use ... They were hesitant to give the info.... I have decided to switch the connection...

The same thing happened with me.the agents are not honest.they are just misgiding the customers.
As i have requested him to transfer the call to his manager he was just keep me on hold for past 20 minutes. Do we call this as a customer service. Is this a TATA tradition.
The Network issue seems sorted out, not completely. But I haven't tried to call the customer care department as everyone is trained to lie. They don't give exact information. I feel it like a TATA Tradition. 2 weeks back, my room mate got a legal notice to pay a sum of 500 rupees for his disconnected internet connection. He fed up with the connection [Wi-max] and disconnected. During the service period, they failed to provide the assured service and now, after disconnection, they come back. As we are working, we don't have time to run behind the police and judiciary. It is always better to obey them, when we stay away from home. Ha Ha...
