[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Connection error

hi this is saif
i have an issue abt the post paid bill which is pending the actuall amount is 2000rs as i dont have any job iam not able to pay the bill so people are calling me from docomo's office and infact iam also feeling very embaraced abt this so plz help me.

If I am Calling Other phone from my docomo mobile it shows error message i.e., "Connection Error"

and if any incoming calls it rings 2 or more times in a call how can i find this problem

i am using nokia n79 handset.from last 15 days i am facing a problem with connection error even i have a full signal.The custamer care is not able to slove the problem and r escaping by giving useless soltions

i always use docomo internet but now a days my internet does not open some times the internet opens unfortunately it gives very bad speed in bytes
i wish that you may please solve my problem
