Tata Docomo — Unresolved complaints since 2 years | |
I have booked numerous complaints with my service provider tata-docomo during last 2 years for my contact number [protected]. The issues of complaints are- 1. I am not able to make calls from my contact number, even though i am having sufficient balance (over Rs 200) in my account. This is when i am having over Rs 100 in my account. 2. I am not able to recieve all calls. The error message given to the other person is "The Docomo customer you are trying to reach is unreachable at the moment". This is when i am having over Rs 100 in my account and i am getting full signal. 3. I am not able to send messages from my number. This is when i am having over Rs 100 in my account. I have already tried using around 6 different handsets, so that any possibility of issues with the handset can be overruled. Was this information helpful? | |

What surprise me is that still after 2 years u r going on with tata docomo.Dude in the TATA brand except TATA STEEL nothing is fine and this is fact.Sorry i can't help you on this matter.

I would have had no problem bearing with you for a little period of time. What surprises me is that I have borne with you for more than enough.
Another fact that surprises me is that I am unable to make calls or send or receive all the messages on 1 hand despite having over Rs 200 in my account, which you term as network congestion. On the other hand Tata DOCOMO is releasing over 100 sim cards every day in my area. Will it not add to your network congestion??????
