[protected] sanjeev.[protected]@gmail.com To, Consumer Complaint and Services, Respected Sir/ Madam, Subject: Complaint against the TATA DOCOMO customer services for barring my calls from 22/10/2012. This is to bring it to your notice that my calls have been barred from 22/10/2012 and when I contacted the customer care for the reason, I was told that my cheque has bounced, (BUT TO YOUR KIND INFORMATION THE MODE OF PAYMENT WAS ONLINE PAYMENT THROUGH DEBIT CARD on[protected], and the amount has also been debited from my bank account, so there is no chance for such error. On repeatedly contacting the costumer care, same thing is repeated (my complaint numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected].
