[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo CDMA — wrong information given by customer care | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am a consumer of tata docomo cdma. My mobile no. is [protected]. My handset is samsung mpower muzik. Model no. SCH-F219. On 06/05/2012, I activated Data pack of rupees15. It was an autorenewable pack. So thereafter my balance was 6 rupees. And due to insufficient balance, my pack was not renewed. After when I recharged, my pack again renewed and balance deducted. I was trying to unsubscribe. I sent UNSUB to 58265. They replied "sorry, your request could not be processed." This happenned several times. Then on 17/05/2012, 12:42pm, my balance again deducted for same reason. On 18/05/2012, 8:06 pm, I called customer care(12524) for the reason of stopping it, after another failed trial to deactivate data pack by sms. However when I told about my balance deduction and wish to stop my data pack, I was told that my data pack has been deactivated. I even was told that balance deduction will not occur again due to this data pack as because of deactivation. But with my eventual surprise, I found again balance deduction and reactivation of data pack on 20/05/2012 at 1:38 pm. When I called customer care(12524) at 1:50 pm on same day, they told me that my data pack was not deactivated. When I told that I was given wrong information and subsequently balance was deducted, the representative told he could do nothing but deactvation of data pack as my balance was deducted "rightly". I asked how to deactivate by sms, I was told to send UNSUB<amount> to 58265. I tried again and this time I got a sms "Dear Customer, We have received your request to deactivate Data Browsing pack, will revert to you shortly." at 1:57 pm on 20/05/2012. This way I was harassed and my balance also deducted wrongly. Sir/ Madam, kindly consider my complaint and I shall be obliged. Yours sincerely, Dr. SOURIV CHAKRABORTY.
