[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Deactivate All Packages | |||
I am using Tata DOCOMO sim from last 1 year. Till 29th Dec2010, I was using Samsung Corby Pro mobile, then I started using LG basic handset. From then daily some monthly packages are getting activated automatically. 30th Dec 2010- Magic SMS 02nd Jan 2011- Sweet Nothing alerts 03rd Jan 2011- Monthly Greet pack 04th Jan 2011- Love alerts 06th Jan 2011- Ringtone alerts 07th Jan 2011- Monthly Greet Pack 08th Jan 2011- Monthly Vastu Pack More than 200 rupees is charged because of these packages. I called Customer Care and logged complaint more than 3 times. Still daily one or some other package is getting activated. I want to know the reason why these packages are activating in daily basis and to de-activate all the packages which are activated already. I don't want any of these packages and want to deactivate all packages immediately. My number is [protected]. Please do the necessary things as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
