In September 13 I saw one msg for VOV service rs 5 is deducting from your account . Every day they deduct money from my account for the unwanted service. I never activated that service. i registered complaints in ,19 sep(ref no:353432), 20 sep (ref no: 354249), 22 sep (ref no :355443) in tatadocomo website. But that was another disappointment nobody responds to my query.today also they deducts money and still deducting.Today is oct 4, even after two weeks nobody is taking the matter..My no is [protected]..And I hate this Brand for there Costumer relationship and this kinds of services....

I have samsung mobile in which mobile service is there in that some channel are shown free of cost and some channel are paid.There is skim ( Service) of all channel per month for Rs. 99. I have made recharge of Rs. 99.Then also the service is not activate thee I went to TATA Docomo gallery at New Panvel, they havent give resonse just say go to the samsung gallery they When i went to samsung gallery they says there is no problem in phone and tell to called customer care I called customer care but he said that there is no problem in SIM cardand told to switch off mobile for 15 Minutes and service will resume but service yet not not started and also customer care does not give response to my call.
When I started mobile TV function for paid the message comes " Registration Faild"
Please activate my service as early as possible.
