Tata Docomo — complaint against balance deducted

hi this is Ankur gamit from vyara as ur regular user of tata docomo service. My cell no. Is [protected].

On 21st march,2012 i received a message stating " Rs.25 is the actual service price on TOM.But due to insufficient balance we are deducting Rs 7. Enjoy the service.This is one time charge only." along with this msg too "Thank you for purchasing Mathematical Induction and Statistics at Rs. 7 Click http://tom.tatadocomo.com/view,pack.phtml?id=264 to view the content of the pack."i m undergraduate student, n this service is worthless for me.without my notice n my deeds such type of message has been received to me from "TA-VTPWAP" n balance has been deducted unnecessarily.....

I hope u will help to solve the problem by deactivating the above service and get back my balance as soon as possible.
