[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Deduct Tata Docomo Dive in-VAS amount from my bill. | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased a tata docomo post-paid number ([protected]) on dated 29.05.2012. I activated GPRS [protected]@50 on dated 31.05.2012 & deactivated this pack on 16.06.2012 through Customer Care. I talked with Mr. Rachit & he insure that all internet services will be deactivated within four hours & and in future that type charge will not add in your bill. In my bill was generated than charged Rs.198/- of Tata Docomo Dive in-VSA. Which service was not activated & use by me. So I complained to Customer Care executive Miss Archana about that matter but problem are not solve still now. Dear Jeevan,
As per your previous complaint bearing number[protected] our concerned department tried to call you but were unable to establish the contact. You were correctly charged for vas content downloading and vas services thru dive in, no wrong charges are showing and also you are getting complete discount according to your bill plan

I am also facing similar type of problem.
While surfing on net if by mistake i click on some paid site, I get charge.
So I feel that surfing on mobile is not safe.
we should open only known and trusted web sites.
If you get such type of message call 155223 for Deactivation.
Also there should be some payment gateway or conformation password type of thing from DOCOMO side.
