[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Deducting money from my account by automatically adding value added services without my request

My mobile No. is [protected]. I have taken services of Tata Docomo Company.

Company automatically added Value Added Services on 17.08.2012 and deducted Rs. 30/- from my account and sent messages as below
"Hi! You have successfully subscribed to MusstBuy on TATA at Rs30/30days till 15-sep." from TD-56660 and
"You have scubsribed to Mustbuy on DIVE-IN WAP at Rs 30.0/- till 16-sep-12." from TA-HUWWAP.


Sir i have not applied any type of request to Tata docomo company to give me such services but company is cheating me and deducted my money.

Kindly make justice with me.

Tata Docomo — Services deduct money

Tata docomo is consitently activating Astro service on my mobile for last 6 weeks and each time i complain they reverse the transaction (one exception). But i have to have a chat with their representative every week.
Todays conversation with person who created the one exception when money was not reversed. He left conversation midway today. But i finally got complaint ID from other session:GBL[protected]

This response is same as in other complaints posted on this site. Also if the complaint was read they would have seen that all the details were already there.

Docomo — Deducting the currency in my account

Dear Sir/Madam

I had added currency to my sim numbered [protected].
You have been deducting/reducing the amount in my account by 5INR without any reason.
Please stop this and give me my deducted amount back.

Company automatically added Value Added Services on 02.08.2012 and deducted Rs. 10/- from my account and sent a message to me that STV recharge successful. Thereafter, on 05.08.2012 again sent a message that STV recharge successful and deducted Rs. 22/- and sent a message "hi you have subscribed to hoppr on Tata docomo and deducted Rs. 10/-. On 06.08.2012 message sent me "Must buy on Dive in Wap and deducted Rs. 10/-.

Sir i have not applied any type of request to Tata docomo company to give me such services but company is making cheating with me and deducting my money.

Kindly make justice with me.

My mobile number is [protected]. Tata docomo deducted Rs 10 from my account as well. The message just says "Rs. 10. Balance Rs 157." It does not have any other message in it. Please return my Rs. 10 back. Thanks! Also please unsubscribe me from the TD-56660 service as well.

Company automatically added Value Added Services on 30.10.2012 at 12.30 pm and deducted Rs. 30/- from my account and sent a message to me that I've subscribed to "Must buy on TATA" at Rst 30/30 days till 29 - Oct. I saw the message at 2.00 pm and immediately cancelled it. I called the customer service (198) at 4.30pm as I was busy till then, and explained my problem. The lady said it was associated with some dive in service, and it cannot be refunded as I had cancelled it. I do not make use of any dive in services and this explanation seems preposterous.

I am shivkanth, as i am with docomo since 5years, as i was very much happi to use this service, but a today i had recharge for rs.250 as for 3g unlimited pack, while browsing it was getting only 2g network, when i called to log complaine @ c.care 3g department, they said sorry 3g service has been removed in tumkur (karnataka) it made me much disappointment. I never thought docomo service wil going to fool us like this by promoting fake advertisements. My no. [protected], recharged on 7/1/13, called to c.care to log complaine but they disconnected without logging my complaine. Now i decided to leave this network, .my on use no is [protected] mail [protected]@gmail.com

Company automatically deducting 30Rs., 16Rs. as and when they require, when checked with Docomo customer care they say something called mustbuy has deducted your amount and we need to stop the service.

eventhough complaining so many times, they will block our number and we are unable to call customer care also.

Can you Kindly let me know how to delete service message from 57775 and 56660. I request you not to activate any service message without the user consent to any number. Remember this kind of action is liable for punishment. kindly have a concern for all docomo users.
