Tata Docomo — didn't get the speed of internet connection that they claim

i would like to bring to your kind notice against the vijayalakshmi agencies, mount road, (tata Photon). one sales rep came from the agencies on 25 nov.2010. and take one cheque amount of rs 2500 and give one data card also activated with out any sign.from my side he told to our speed is 3.1 mbps. but first 3 days our speed come very slow after that the speed will come 3.1 mbps. after only i came and fill the application form with u r signature. but yet now no response from that person. i compliant to head office in one officer he told its small issue signature is not a majour fact dont create big issue. I have reported the issue with my Tata Photon connection no. [protected] . Having problem with the connection which is keep on halting and some time it starts but speed is around 40 to 60 kbps for 3.1 mbps connection. Reported the same to the concern customer care viz. Complain no. -

But no satisfactory action has been taken by Tata Photon Customer care person.

Please do the needful and assist.and take quick action against the agencies. this is the lesson for all.
