[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Poor signal strength | |||
I am a subscriber of TATA DOCOMO's Kolkata circle. My no. is [protected]. Whenever I enter into ground floor of any building, the signal bars start to fluctuate. This problem not only occurs in any particular location. I have faced it in different parts of West Bengal, be it in Kolkata or West Medinipur. Whenever I try to tell this to the customer service executives they just tell me to manually select the network. But this really does not help. I stay in ground floor of a building. here in ambari falakata the signal of tata docomo is almost nil.sometimes it comes from siliguri if i go on the street.i called the customer care who advised me to select the network manually, which is without result.here in ambari (pin:- 735135)tata docomo provides the service in collaboration with aircel.no recharge option is available here in jalpaiguri too.neither laphoo nor recharge card.pliz solve the problems
