this is 4th time i am complaining against tata docomo worst service.
they are become worst day by day.
i had a recharge of 250 pack with unlimited free internet pack and then i activated 1 day 50 MB internet pack of Rs. 5 which was not working on HVC settings.
but suddenly it worked on yesterday evening on HVC settings...i thought it was due to my unlimited pack of 250.
then i surfed on net...after completion of my surfing, Docomo cut 130 Rs balance from my main balance.
i was shocked and then i thought that it was due to 5 Rs. internet pack.
so i checked my remaining MB by dialling *111*1#...and it saw me that 3.15 MB was still remained.
so the question is that why tata docomo cut my 130 Rs even if i had free internet pack on that day!!
they are making us fool..i never see this type of worst service ever.
I want my money back.
kindly take strong action against this company & its customer care service.

I HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED A LOT OF BALANCE FROM MY MOBILE ([protected]) WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE FOR THE PAST 5 MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES LIKE CALL ME TUNES, CRICKET etc.THEN I ACTIVATED THE DND SERVICE. BUT RECENTLY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM JOKES.I JUST DISCONNECTED THE CALL.BUT FOR DISCONNECTING THE CALL I WAS CHARGED Rs.25 FROM MY MOBILE.THEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE.THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL REFUND THE MONEY IN ONE HOUR. BUT THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY BACK. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE. BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY ALREADY REFUNDED THE MONEY.BUT I HAVE NOT RECEVIED YET. BUT WHEN I ASKED, THEY THREATENED TO DISCONNECT MY OUTGOING AND INCOMING CALLS FACILITY.AND THAT WHOLE DAY THEY BLOCKED ME FROM CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER CARE. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO REFUND MY BALANCE AMOUNT THAT THEY HAD DEDUCTED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. MY E-MAIL ID IS [protected]@rediffmil.com
