Even I got charged by Rs. 60 on 1st June for ENDLESS MUSIC service. Which was never activated by me and it is activated by Tata Docomo itself, without my permission.
Please help me to get my money back.

In two days I lost Rs.340. It Is preposterous. This endless music gets activated and eats up whatever money I recharged, Rs.75 four times and Rs.40 once. Customer care either promises to refund, which never happens or just says its self activating and they can do nothing to assure that does not happen again. In spite of so many people having this problem through Docomo, I do not understand why they are not doing anything about it.
I will be forced to change my service provider in this case. No point using a sim, if it doesnot hold money!!!

Now I am tired of this type of Docomo Services. If it will resolve soon, I will change the Cellular service provider.
I cant effort this type expenses again n again n I am not a fool to continue using the docomo.

Docomo Service — Nuisance created by Docomo
I was a Docomo suscriber. Suddenly one day I came to know that a subscription of I Player got activated in my mobile phone. Each day Rs 5 used to get deducted from my balance because of this. I called up customer care atleast 10 times to remove this service. I even tried to remove it online through my docomo account. But it did not get removed.Frustrated by the sheer reluctance shown by Docomo I applied for MNP.
I am a student and I cannot afford such charges being deducted from my balance each day. The customer care which is apparently there to help us added to my grievances. As a customer and as a citizen what do I learn?? Each day so many people like me are troubled by such undesirable subscriptions ( which we don't even suscribe to) . But when we call up Customer Care they say that it is we who have suscribed to the services and we suffer because we do not have evidence. Is this how big businesses in India make money????
