[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Excess Bill for only 1 month | |||
I have been Using a TATA PHOTON PLUS with no- [protected] for about an year, I'm on plan of Rs650 per month Exclusive of Taxes, Every Month I Usually Pay Rs.700 - Rs.800 as a bill payment in the month of October/2012 I had a bill of Rs.3400.00 . I was surprised to see the bill.... on top of it i get a minimum of 5 calls from TATA about the bill payment, I ask them about the bill clarification none of them have given me the correct clarification on this issue... From the recent day I'm getting some calls stating that they would pull me to Court if at all I don't Pay the entire, I donno where are we living , Either in Hyderabad or at some Forest. The calls which we usually get The person on the other hand will be thinking that he is my boss. I don't know what to do....kindly let me know how to overcome this situation. Regds Rajeev.
