Tata Docomo — false promise on product | |||
Tata docomo is selling a product in the market called tata photon max with a claim that speed of 3.1GBPS will be available. However, after buying their product and taking their post-paid connection, I found that this was false and the speed in the product is about 500KBPS only. I have logged multiple complaints on their call center, and each time they call me and claim that it is resolved but that does not happen. I cant return the product nor can I get a cheaper subscription rate. This is wrong. Somesh Was this information helpful? | |||
